We at P&S, manufacture and supply specialty chemicals for the electroplating and surface finishing applications. Our primary focus is on manufacturing precious metal process solutions and refining technologies for gold, silver, and other precious metals. We also provide consultancy services as well as manufacture precious metal salts such as gold potassium sulphite. Being an innovation driven company, we constantly develop new products and processes which are customer-ready! We are a growing company with a well developed, state-of-the-art manufacturing unit and a R&D center in Bangalore, India. Our customers include surface treatment units, plating job shops and large manufacturers in decorative and electronics industry that capitalize on our innovation and excellent service.

GKR Subramanian – Director & Chairman
Mr. Subramanian is a world expert on precious metal plating and refining, coating technologies and specialty chemical solutions. He has over forty years of experience in precious metals and surface finishing industry and has won numerous national awards for scientific advancement and entrepreneurship. He is actively consulting several manufacturing companies on precious metal process technologies. His vision and direction have been instrumental in growth of our business in India and globally. A serial entrepreneur and technocrat, Mr. Subramanian is a majority stakeholder in several private small and mid-sized manufacturing companies. He also invests actively in startups with interests in technology and manufacturing.
Sasikrishnan Subramanian – Director
Mr. Sasi Krishnan is a chemical engineer with interests in specialty chemicals, chemical process systems, manufacturing, nanotechnology and design. He is a graduate degree holder from Cornell University, USA and is focused on the business and technical operations, technology development and consulting. A sports enthusiast, Sasi manages an amateur football team in his free time.
Rangaswamy Lakshminarasimhan – Director
Mr. Rangaswamy is a Chemical Engineering Graduate with more than 35 years of experience in the field of surface finishing and plating. He has indepth experience in electroplating systems, PVD Ion Sputtering, Electroplating and Environmental Engineering and has setup several automatic and manual lines. He has previously held senior technical positions in TVS and Titan. He is Director and CEO of Plasma Gold Pvt. Ltd.
John Leonard – Director
Mr. John Leonard is an Oxford graduate in Chemistry and an expert in Chemical Engineering Systems. His experience spans several decades in the field of precious metal technologies, electrodeposition and specialty chemicals.
